THE BRONX - A popular Italian-American deli in Parkchester is set to close after nearly four decades in business.

The Domand Deli first opened in 1978, but rent is getting too expensive for the longtime owner, Frank "Frankie" Fiorentino, he says.

Customers call it a staple in the community.

The owner says he plans to close down at the end of the month.
