THE BRONX - The Grand Concourse was covered in a sea of red, white and blue this afternoon as the Bronx celebrated Dominican Day with a parade.

The parade stepped off at noon and stretched from 181st to 167th streets. Throughout the route, thousands lined the street, waving Dominican flags as floats and dancers passed by.

This was the 24th year that the Bronx hosted the parade.
