THE BRONX - The city's Department of Transportation is conducting a safety study at an intersection that neighbors say is dangerous. Residents say the Reservoir Oval and Holt Place intersection needs a stop sign or a crosswalk. Neighbors in the community say that because there's no sidewalks, parents and their children have to walk in the middle of the street when they visit Williamsbridge Oval Park. The DOT says it will share its findings when the study is complete.
