MOTT HAVEN - Dozens of supporters rallied outside St. Jerome Catholic School in Mott Haven today to try and save the school from being closed.

The school is one of 26 that the New York Archdiocese says is at risk of closure.

The archdiocese says that the 140-year-old school must come up with $1.5 million by Jan. 3 to stay open or else it will be closed at the end of the school year in June.
