THE BRONX - Authorities say they recovered $8 million worth of heroin during a drug bust in Williamsbridge.

Officials say bricks of heroin totaling 33 pounds were stacked in the oven of the home.

A Drug Enforcement Agency task force, along with the NYPD and state police, broke up the operation at 2910 Wallace Ave. Thursday night. 

Authorities also arrested two men, identified as Cristino Then and Augustin Rivera, during the raid. 

Officials say they witnessed Then walk into the building with two bags and walk out carrying nothing.

Officials say they also found hundreds of thousands of stamped glassines, ready to be filled with drugs and sold on the street.
