Edenwald tenants: Broken doors are reason to worry

THE BRONX - Residents at the Edenwald Houses say anyone can walk through the building?s broken front doors, putting tenants? safety and well-being at risk.

Tenants say that with the weather getting warmer, more people are out at night and they fear for their safety.

A spokesperson for the New York City Housing Authority says one of the doors appears to have been vandalized. Crews have since secured the door and are working on replacing its lock.
