THE BRONX - A program for convicted teens in The Bronx is being praised for helping set kids on a productive path in life.

The YouthLink Program was set up to house troubled young people as an alternative to incarceration. The program helps the teens by providing mandatory counseling, tutoring and paid summer jobs.

YouthLink counselors say the program is the best option the teens have for rehabilitation.
