EDGEWATER PARK - A Bronx seawall is at risk of falling and putting dozens of homes in the path of the Eastchester Bay.

Residents of Edgewater Park say the seawall has always had its problems with flooding, but the situation has become worse since Superstorm Sandy blasted the area in late October. Last night's nor'easter and an approaching storm has residents wary about the future of their deteriorating wall.

Councilman Jimmy Vacca's office says it is working to figure out who owns and runs the seawall, as well as a timetable as to when it can be fixed.
