Elderly woman's dream to help feed the needy comes true

For 95-year-old Beatrice Catullo, president and founder of Regional Aid for Interim Needs (RAIN), her dream has always been to help feed those in need.A

THE BRONX - For 95-year-old Beatrice Catullo, president and founder of Regional Aid for Interim Needs (RAIN), her dream has always been to help feed those in need.

A generous donation by the Bob and Dolores Hope Charitable Foundation is helping to make that dream a reality.

The $500,000 donation will allow RAIN to provide hundreds of meals a day throughout The Bronx. The organization says the mobile food kitchen will head to churches and areas where many people are in need of food once the kitchen is up and running in May.
