THE BRONX - Prosecutors are now going after a new person for allegedly pointing a laser beam at aircraft at LaGuardia Airport.

Elehecer Balaguer has been charged with pointing a laser at airplanes in motion after confessing to the crime, which injured pilots, in open court last week.
