NEW YORK - Esquire Magazine is declaring Pope Francis the most interesting man in the world.

In a special issue dedicated to the pontiff, the magazine takes a look at the pope's childhood, his modern take on the Catholic church and his sense of humor.

Among his less traditional attributes, the pope is known to drive his own car, a 1984 Renault, along with getting occasional rides in the pope mobile.
