Ex-Knick Allan Houston creates father-son program

THE BRONX - Former Knicks player Allan Houston has created a father-son bonding program at Lehman College in The Bronx. The campaign, Father Knows Best, combines basketball fundamentals, teamwork lessons and a chance for young boys to learn from positive male role models, Houston says. One participant in the program, Keith March, says he was raised by a single mother, and wants to make sure his son learns to lead by example. "We have a little apartment, but we always have boys there because their fathers aren't in their lives," says March.
