THE BRONX - More than 40 former Yankees players and coaches converged on Yankee Stadium for the team's 64th annual Old-Timers' Day.

Players including Graig Nettles and Reggie Jackson participated in a two-inning game.

This year, the team is also celebrating the 60th anniversary of its 1950 World Championship. Yogi Berra, who took part in that game, was supposed to attend today's event, but had to miss it after taking a fall at home.

Yankees spokesman Jason Zillo says that the 85-year-old Hall ofFamer has some bruises after the accident Friday in Montclair,N.J., but was OK.

The former players and coaches also took part in a video tribute to the late Yankees announcer Bob Sheppard.
