THE BRONX - Seventeen of the Bronx's best softball players suited up on separate teams for the Exceptional Seniors Games Tuesday at St. John's University.

In the top of the fourth inning, Stevenson's Yesseni Chimelis was at the plate for the Blue Team, putting the ball in play. The first baseman couldn't pick up a low throw, allowing a runner to come in and give the Blue Team a 2-0 lead. Chimelis went to second and the Blue Team eventually extended its lead to 9-0.

Clinton's Tiffany Rivera later hit the ball into left centerfield all the way to the wall. Rivera would score the Orange Team's only run. The Blue Team went on to a 9-1 victory.
