THE BRONX - A Bronx family says that a grave error has been made by a local cemetery that placed their mother's remains in the wrong plot.

Loved ones claim they purchased a particular burial plot for Maria Leanor Cruz, but that Saint Raymond's Cemetery placed her tombstone somewhere else.

Officials at Saint Raymond's say they never made a mistake and that they've made an effort to accommodate the needs of the Cruz family.

The family wants their mother's body exhumed and relocated, but a lawyer for the cemetery says that they would have to pay the $2,500 cost.
