Family hitman faces life in prison

THE BRONX - Prosecutors say the man accused of killing his cousin's girlfriend is facing life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Devon Miller, 27, accepted payment from his cousin to shoot and kill Chelsea Frazier. He then shot his cousin, Carlos Cruz, in the leg to make the shooting look like an attack.

Carlos Cruz was sentenced earlier this year.
