THE BRONX - The family of a Bronx teen fatally shot by a police officer last year is calling for a new grand jury indictment against the officer after the original case was thrown out.
An anti-violence rally was held tonight in support of Ramarley Graham's family. Supporters marched to the 47th Police Precinct, demanding justice for Graham.
Graham, 18, was chased into his home and fatally shot by officer Richard Haste last year. A judge tossed the original grand jury case in May, saying the instructions given to the jury were misleading.

"We want them to present the case the right way and like I always say, I want you to fight for my son as if he was yours," said Constance Malcolm, Graham's mother.
