THE BRONX - The family of Bronx teen Ramarley Graham, who was shot and killed by a police officer in 2012, says they will pray, march and petition until they get justice for their son.

Nearly one month after a grand jury rejected calls to re-indict officer Richard Haste, Graham's parents today met with lawmakers in Harlem.

The family is trying to gather signatures for a petition and have asked the U.S. Justice Department to take up the case.

The Justice Department said it would look into the case, but the Graham family says they want the federal government to take on the case for civil rights violations.

The Graham family will march tomorrow in Harlem.
