THE BRONX - The family of a Bronx woman who was run over by three cars on Westchester Avenue is making a public plea for information.

Police say 56-year-old Eda Negron was struck by the first car at around 9 p.m. on March 8, causing her to fall into a second vehicle, but only the second driver stopped to help. Negron was then hit by a third car, whose driver also fled the scene.

Negron suffered cardiac arrest, broken ribs, a broken arm, extreme bruising and among other injuries. She remains in critical condition at Lincoln Hospital.

The woman's loved ones say they're going door-to-door near the accident asking everyone if they saw what happened.
