Family seeks justice for Mott Haven shooting victim

MOTT HAVEN - The family of a Bronx mother who was shot and killed over the weekend is seeking justice in her death.

Monique Rodriguez, 33, was killed during a shootout outside Club Heat at 405 Hunts Point Ave. early Sunday morning.

Rodriguez's brother, Daniel, says his sister was a loving mother who always put her children first. He says after their parents died when they were kids, it was just him and her, and now she's gone too. Bronx woman killed in nightclub shootout
