THE BRONX - The Bronx father charged with the murder of his 5-year-old son is expected to appear in court today.

According to police, 47-year-old Leonardo Espinal fed Stewart Espinal and his 7-year-old daughter pizza with rat poison. The boy was discovered drowned in the family's bathtub, but his sister survived.

Funeral services for Stewart were held earlier this week, followed by a burial in New Jersey.
