Father of slain Truman H.S. student appears in court

THE BRONX - The father of a Truman High School football star who was killed just hours after he graduated was in court today for a pretrial hearing. Andre Muller is accused of instigating a June 28 brawl that led to the fatal stabbing of his son, Isayah. The district attorney was supposed to present the facts to a grand jury in preparation for today's court appearance, but officials say it didn't happen. Muller's attorney claims the district attorney's office is dragging its feet and leaving his client in legal limbo.
