FBI arrests 10 men on drug, weapons charges in Fordham

THE BRONX - FBI agents arrested at least 10 people allegedly linked to a drug ring in a pre-dawn raid in Fordham this morning.

The raid occurred near Grand Concourse and 193rd Street. The FBI says today's bust was the conclusion of an investigation that lasted more than a year and extended as far south as Puerto Rico.

Officials say the suspects are accused of selling more than $5 million in marijuana and close to $100,000 in cocaine in the past five years.

Investigators say some also face gang and weapon charges. In addition, several of the suspects are being questioned about their alleged involvement in homicides.
