THE BRONX - The FDNY has ruled the cause of a fatal New Year's Eve fire in Soundview as accidental.

According to fire officials, the three-alarm blaze at 735 Beach Ave. was the result of an electrical problem.

The NYPD has identified the victims as 12-year-old Jahvonte Smith, 71-year-old Annetta Isaac and 73-year-old John Debro.

Three other residents were injured, including a woman who broke her ankle after jumping from a second-floor window.
