NEW YORK - The third and final mayoral debate has been postponed by one day in observance of the one year anniversary of Superstorm Sandy.

Democrat Bill de Blasio and Republican Joe Lhota will take to the stage Wednesday night, less than a week before voters will choose one of them to be the next mayor of New York City.

According to the latest numbers from a New York Times/Siena College poll, de Blasio's strong lead has not wavered. He has 68 percent of likely voter support, while Lhota lags behind with 23 percent.

Voters will head to the polls on Nov. 5.
