Flames broke out on the first-floor of a five-story building on Taylor Avenue early this morning. Firefighters say the fire broke out around 5:40 a.m.

THE BRONX - Flames broke out on the first-floor of a five-story building on Taylor Avenue early this morning.

Firefighters say the fire broke out around 5:40 a.m.

They say it was under control in about an hour and a half.

Investigators have not determined the cause of the fire.
