BRONX - A fire that broke out at the 1973 Walton Ave. Food Corp early this morning has forced businesses in the neighboring buildings to close their doors and miss out on the valuable holiday crowds they were expecting today.

Some neighboring buildings sustained smoke and structural damage.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
