THE BRONX - Although baseball and softball season is in full swing, Bronx residents are saying some fields are not quite ready for the season.

Some people are complaining that the fields are too wet from flooding and they are being forced to move their games elsewhere.

The owner of the Pelham Bay Little League says they have been having flooding problems at Pelham Bay Park for two years. The team has given up on using the park as its home turf and has had its own field built instead.

The Parks Department says it is looking into ways to address ongoing drainage issues at the park, including reconstruction of the fields.
