THE BRONX - Many people eat fish sparingly, but it has a variety of health benefits that make it a great staple in any diet.

The American Heart Association recommends that people eat fish twice a week because it's a low-fat, high-protein food and a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which promote heart health.

Fish has a reputation for tasting boring, but a fish taco is one of many ways to make it more appetizing.
