THE BRONX - Looking for a way to hydrate after a good workout? Fresh, healthy juices can be the perfect way to get refreshed and re-energized.
News 12's Natasha Geigel stopped by Shake Box and met with Christian Luzuriaga for some tips on making some post-workout "Regenerate" juice.
He explained that the juice is made with watermelon rind, which is a great option because it helps clear the lactic acid in muscles after workouts. He also added some kale, tomatoes and pineapple for fiber and flavor.
