Fordham Evangelical Lutheran Church celebrates Three Kings Day with special tradition
THE BRONX - Bronx children received a real lesson on Three Kings Day at a local church.
Fordham Evangelical Lutheran Church invited people to play Mary, Joseph and the Three Kings at their service today to teach the church's youth about what happened after baby Jesus was born.
Three Kings Day is exactly 12 days after Christmas, symbolizing when the Three Wise Men traveled to Bethlehem to give Jesus gifts. Church members say they all look forward to this special tradition.
