Fordham football catches 750th win in season opener

THE BRONX - It was opening night in college football and Fordham University grabbed its 750th win in program history.

New head coach and former Fordham quarterback Joe Moorhead took to the field with his team for the first time. They faced Lock Haven, a team on a 42-game losing streak.

With the win, the Rams became only the 15th division one school to reach the 750th mark.
