THE BRONX - A sidewalk hazard is draining the patience of many residents living in Fordham.

Neighbors complain that they've had to sidestep a collapsed drain at 118th Street and Elm Place for more than two months.

News 12 first called attention to the trash-filled catch basin in February. Since then, community organizers put up cones and caution tape, and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) secured the drain.

News 12 again reached out to the DEP, which says that the problem will be fixed by the end of this weekend.
