THE BRONX - Before champion golfer Tiger Woods steps into the public spotlight again Friday, Bronx residents say the are ready to forgive and forget.

?Well, I don't feel like he should apologize,? said Shamara Bell. ?It?s his life, I like Tiger and he should do what he wants."

Woods admitted to infidelity in late 2009 and took a leave of absence from golfing. His press conference will be the first time he is speaking in public after the incident.

Residents said the celebrity?s life should be kept private.
