THE BRONX - Residents say an old supermarket in the area left rotten food debris after a 2009 fire that destroyed the Norwood location.

The fire occurred last December and since then owner has not been able to touch the property due to the arson investigation. The mess from the fire resulted in rotting trash.

The former owner of the supermarket, Daniel Katz, says he has a plan to clean up the space and build a new supermarket for the community.
