THE BRONX - Tenants at 1100 Franklin Ave. are glad they got their water back Monday afternoon.

Tenants say the building had been without water since Friday. A backup of the main sewer line forced the water to be shut off.

According to tenants, management did not call a plumber until Monday. They say they had to live with the smell of sewage throughout the weekend. In addition, some say they had to cancel their Easter plans due to the lack of water.

All sewage debris has been cleared and water flow is back to normal.
