THE BRONX - Police have a man in custody after a woman was found shot to death in Woodlawn.

According to investigators, 30-year-old Cleopatra Lovelace was found with a gunshot wound to the back of her head at 3576 Dekalb Ave.

Police say the man taken into custody is 42-year-old Frederick White, and he lives in the apartment where Lovelace was found.

Officials say the crime is the result of a domestic situation, and White is believed to have been the victim's boyfriend.

Neighbors say Lovelace and her supposed boyfriend were new tenants in the building, but they seemed like a normal couple.
