Free milk delivered to Bronx families in need

THE BRONX - A city group is offering free milk to Bronx families in need.

Volunteers with Milk From the Heart handed out gallons of dairy at the Grand Concourse near McClellan Street Monday, kicking off a three-month program throughout the borough.

To receive milk, residents need to bring personal identification, proof of address and legal documentation for at least one child, such as a Medicaid card or school letter.
