After a brief glimpse of spring, frigid winter weather has returned to the Bronx.

Not only did temperatures only reach a high in the low 30s Thursday, but strong winds also whipped through the borough.

Residents are advised to bundle up if heading out.

Temperatures will get slightly higher over the weekend, but St. Patrick's Day on Monday will be cold again....
