Residents on Fulton Avenue are demanding access to prime parking real estate that they say has been empty since 2011.

Residents on Fulton Avenue are demanding access to prime parking real estate that they say has been empty since 2011.

According to neighbors, the spots are reserved for corrections officers from the Fulton Correctional Facility, even though the center closed more than a year ago.

Residents say they've reached out to the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Community Board 3, but are still waiting for parking changes to be made.
