Funeral held for teen in Mount Hope shooting

Friends and family today mourned the loss of 16-year-old Quanisha Wright, who was killed in a shooting on Mother's Day.Police say they responded to 1776

THE BRONX - Friends and family today mourned the loss of 16-year-old Quanisha Wright, who was killed in a shooting on Mother's Day.

Police say they responded to 1776 Weeks Ave. at about 2 a.m. on May 9 and rushed three victims to St. Barnabas Hospital. Marvin Wiggins, 15, and Wright, 16, died from their gunshot wounds, police say.

Police have arrested two men in connection with the shooting.
