THROGS NECK - Family, friends and a heartbroken community gathered today to say goodbye to a Bronx woman killed in a wrong-way crash.

Authorities say Margaret Donnelly, 25, was driving north in the southbound lanes of the Bruckner Expressway last Thursday and slammed into a tractor-trailer.

Donnelly was a basketball star at Preston High School in 2004 and had returned to work for the school admission's department last September.

"She was just such a great person, and it's sad to see her go so young, but while she was here she lived such a great life and we're all lucky to have known her," says a family friend. Woman killed in Bruckner Expressway crash
