THE BRONX - The funeral for the Yankees legend Yogi Berra took place this morning in his hometown of Montclair, New Jersey.

Berra, who died last week at age 90, was one of the greatest catchers in baseball history.

He helped the Yankees reach 14 World Series during his 18 seasons in the Bronx. Berra won a record 10 championships.

He also became a cultural icon with his famous "Yogi-ism" quotes, such as "it ain't over 'til it's over."
