Gas rationing busts lines at city stations

Waiting on line for gas seems to have become a thing of the past five days after the city ordered odd-even rationing. Most drivers agree

THE BRONX - Waiting on line for gas seems to have become a thing of the past five days after the city ordered odd-even rationing.

Most drivers agree the plan has worked, but say that it's now time to hit the brakes and return to normal. Many report that some stations are no longer enforcing the rule as long as there isn't a line.

It's unclear how long the rationing rules will remain in effect.
