THE BRONX - Green Bay Packers defensive end C.J. Wilson visited a school in The Bronx today, speaking to teenage boys as part of a male role-modeling event.

Wilson was the keynote speaker at Monroe College, which hosted a male-empowerment presentation for about 400 high school students across the borough. He mentioned the importance of men "making the best of their opportunities."

Several other male professionals also spoke with the teenage boys. The goal, they say, was to inspire them to stay in school and stay on the right path.

This is the second year Monroe has hosted the event.
