THE BRONX - A homeless teenager from Haiti will receive a life-saving operation in the Bronx this week.

The Gift of Life Organization has helped bring 15-year-old Lovely and her mother to the Children's Hospital at Montefiore where she will have open-heart surgery Wednesday.

Lovely and her family have been living in a small tent on the street since last year's devastating earthquake hit Haiti. They say that Lovely's surgery is a miracle and something that has never been offered in their country.
