THE BRONX - Pelham Bay Residents are concerned about more than 2014's first big snowstorm.

A tree in their neighborhood on Gillespie Avenue is on the verge of causing major damage.

Many are worried that the tree could collapse on someone or their house.

Bronx resident Grace Cerini, who lives right in its path, is concerned that the tree is tangled up in electrical wires. Cerini says she has been complaining about the tree to the city for years. The Parks Department finally responded to her, saying that the tree was naturally leaning.

News 12 has reached out to the city's Parks Department but has yet to hear back.
