Heavy construction causes headaches for Williamsbridge residents

THE BRONX - Residents say heavy construction is causing headaches for Williamsbridge residents.

Streets between White Plains Road and Bronxwood Avenue are blocked off for a neighborhood beautification project. Consolidated Edison, Inc. is in charge of the restoration and construction.

Many residents say they had no warning that construction would begin in the area. Many say they are upset that streets were blocked off with no notice.
