HIGHBRIDGE - The newly renovated Highbridge branch of the New York Public Library is back in business.

The location on West 168th Street was opened to the public today for the first time in three years and residents flocked to use the new computers and check out books.

Members of the United Parents of Highbridge say their library was pushed to the bottom of the city's list and other projects, such as construction of the new Yankee Stadium, were prioritized.
