THE BRONX - Tenants in a Highbridge apartment building are struggling through another day without heat or hot water.

According to residents at 1555 Grand Concourse, they've been forced to boil water for bathing and use space heaters for extra warmth for nearly two weeks.

The building owner told News 12 The Bronx that it's working with the insurance company to repair the boiler. The super says he hopes to resolve the issue by the end of the week.
